Identity Program

Challenge:
Design a logo to help an established brand reach a broader audience.
Solution:
Doreve Nicholaeff and her team design sweeping, beautiful estate properties. Her working style with clients is highly personal, which fosters an intimate process between them. And the firm produces artfully crafted work. This is what inspired the logo we designed: the artist’s signature. We chose a dramatic black, white, and red color palette, and the proven sans-serif typeface Akzidenz Grotesque. The stationery program features clear foil stamping on watercolor-grade paper stock. The project also included the design of the title blocks and graphics for the firm’s blueprints.
